Lived Experience TBI Coaching

LIVING PROOF TBI COACHING

You Don’t Have to Navigate Life After Brain Injury Alone

Brain injury recovery can leave survivors and families searching for answers long after the hospital stay ends. Vincent A. Lanci combines more than 13 years of lived recovery experience with practical tools that help survivors and the people supporting them understand fatigue, communication challenges, changing relationships, and the difficult process of rebuilding a fulfilling life.

Does Any of
This Feel
Familiar?

You may be wondering why recovery still feels so difficult when everyone expects life to be “back to normal.”

Perhaps fatigue controls the day. Communication has become harder. Emotions arrive faster than expected. Roles within the family have changed, and the people involved do not always understand what the survivor is experiencing.

These challenges do not mean that you are failing. They mean that you may need a clearer way to understand what is happening—and a practical plan for moving forward.

Why Living Proof TBI Coaching Can Help

Coaching is built around the realities that survivors and families face between medical appointments and throughout long-term recovery. The goal is not to promise a perfect recovery. It is to help you understand your challenges, communicate more effectively, and identify practical next steps.

Lived experience, not only theory
Coaching from a survivor who went from “may not make it” to rebuilding life, career, and purpose after a traumatic brain injury.

Practical tools for daily life
Concrete systems for fatigue, memory, focus, and emotional regulation so survivors and families know what to do between medical appointments.

From crisis to long‑term plan
Support that goes beyond the hospital and early rehab, focused on the chronic phase: identity, work, relationships, and a new version of “normal.”

Built for both survivor and family
Coaching sessions that include (or consider) partners, parents, and caregivers, so everyone works from the same playbook instead of fighting different battles.

Clear communication, less conflict
Scripts and coaching around how to talk about symptoms, limits, and needs so families reduce blow‑ups and misunderstandings at home.

Story‑driven, hope‑driven
Using your own story and others’ TBI journeys to normalize setbacks, celebrate small wins, and keep you moving toward a future that feels worth rebuilding.
